When we’re recommending people for awards, it makes sense to know what they’ve already gotten!  The OP that Lord Thorbjorn set up and maintained while the An Tir one was down served us well, but it’s now sadly out-of-date.  Fortunately the An Tir heralds now have a working OP that we can use!
