Greetings Your Highness

We start with a conflict and style check.  The most obvious matter is the 
bird's posture.  It may be a problem.  I encourage you to look at heraldic 
postures for birds at:
http://www.sca.org/heraldry/primer/birds.html.  It has been mentioned by a 
former Wreath Queen of Arms that research is ongoing, and if evidence can be 
found for a heraldic posture not shown at that site, there may be 
possibilities for that posture.

As for the rest of your design, it's wonderful.  It is simple, bold, and 
balanced.  Your tinctures are dramatic and striking.  At least for myself, a 
conflict check will have to wait, as I am far too sleepy to make a proper 
attempt!

Once we are comfortable that you have a passable posture and that at least 
one thorough conflict check has been done (it is better if at least two 
different people check it), then it is time to fill out the forms and mail 
them off.  Do you already have your name registered?  If not, then that too 
will need to be conflict & checked, and also documented.
