Greetings to Tir Righ's Branch Heralds and Seneschals:  

 

If you have not had an opportunity to send your quarterly report, please do
so soon as today is the deadline.   I realize that for many of you with
families today, Halloween, is a very busy day and  in view of this I will be
happy to accept reports tomorrow.
