[tirrigh-heralds] Consulting table at Investiture?

I can donate some time but I'll also be in meetings and doing my 
Chamberlain change over.  No e-z up is required.  The site has an under 
cover picnic area where we will be setting up the consulting near the 
A&S.  I've also got a laptop and USB wireless modem thingme coming 
(there's an AC hookup in the picnic area as well) so we can do on the 
spot conflict checking.
