[tirrigh-heralds] Conflict Check needed. please help

(I realized I only sent this to Rose the first time, so sending again so 
everyone gets it).

Under the old rules, I believe this would have conflicted with Dafydd 
MacDonald: "(Fieldless) A greyhound's head erased argent collared vert", 
but with the charges to the rules on tertiary charges, I believe this is 
now clear.

No conflicts found.
