My Lords and Ladies, fellow Heralds, heralds and Pursuivants;<br>
<br>
The An Tir College is standing by, ready to give any and all
assistance to Tir Righ in this endeavour. I encourage all of you to
begin commenting on your Principality's submissions -- the success
of your College's Internal Letter will rest upon your efforts.
Caitrina Silver Yale has put a great amount of work into this, and
deserves all of our thanks.<br>
<br>
Let's make Tir Righ a shining example to the other Principality
Colleges within An Tir, and give me a fantastic College to return to
when my tenure as Black Lion is up.<br>

before you today with very exciting news. The
kind of news like you know what your sister is
getting for Christmas and
you’ve been trying so hard not to say anything but
can hold it in no
longer cause you first knew since like Halloween for
gosh sakes. Yes,
that kind of news. OK, so to some it may seem like
you’re getting
socks but to others of the sock persuasion (like me)
it’s very exciting
indeed…. But I digress.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

After much hard work from many hands both
within the Principality and Kingdom Heraldic
communities, I am pleased to
announce that effective immediately, the Tir Righ
College of Heralds will be
accepting Heraldic Submissions on behalf of our
populace. <collective
gasp> Yes, that’s right. We will be accepting
submissions and
creating our own Internal Letter of Intent for
commentary. Any
submissions sent in from this date will be on our
first Internal Letter due to
be published on November 1<sup>st</sup>. Any
Submissions sent into
Kingdom from now through October will be published
on the An Tir Internal
Letter for November and then any further submissions
from Tir Righ received at
Kingdom after that date will be directed back to the
<st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Tir</st1:placename>
<st1:placename w:st="on">Righ</st1:placename> <st1:placetype
w:st="on">College</st1:placetype></st1:place>
for processing. There is
so much more about the process I could explain but
the email would be very
lengthy and I can tend to run off like a soup
sandwich at times where Heraldry
is involved. No really! Ask anyone! <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
