Actually I believe the idea probably originated in West Hartwood. Our Cook's 
Guild met once a month or so and tried out new recipes. There was one 
poached eggy one  with a sweet sauce that we decided never, ever to serve 
again! We also found some good ones that were usually served at Black 
Knight.
