Build a Yew Wood Bow

Courtenay/Comox Valley: October 14-16, 2011
    $325/person; Max 6 participants
    To be determined - somewhere in the Comox Valley
    9am - 6pm each day 

During this course participants will learn the art of building a wooden longbow. 

This will include:

  a.. Information on wood selection and types 
  b.. Creation from stave to finished bow 

  c.. How to make a bow string

  d.. Discussion and use of tools and equipment needed

  e.. Different finishing options
