[Hartwood] PR demo locations and dates?

Greetings good gentles,
 
For the coming year, is it possible to identify a venue and date in each
region of Hartwood where 
a demo could be held?
 
Local festivals? Fall fairs? Ideally... something very public with high
visibility in exchange for our time and effort.
 
I realize each group has had established public events. I thought it might
be useful to bring them together in a planned 
schedule for the coming year and perhaps put together a demo "budget"  and
demo "kit" so that we look great.
