Is it too close to the TUTR event being less than a month away?

Maybe find a venue AT the TUTR event and have a PAS too.

I will see what I can find; I think Argolia was looking after that
part of our Pas. Seth should be careful to read all the fine print and
be sure everything is in writing; I vaguely recall a little shifting
on the price/usage structure between the date we agreed to it and the
date of the event.
