Greetings Hartwood

Congratulations on the wonderful success of your book project, very well done!

Here is the information you seek. The Hartwood May Pas was held at the Coombs Fairground.

Halima, there was no price shifting, I believe you are thinking about the same venue for a different event where that was indeed the case. Regardless it appears they have clarified the matter for themselves. This link will take you directly to their rates page where you will also find contact information. The Pas equipment Snear made was left in Hartwood as well should you need it. Due to the fact that you are looking at an off season rental you may be able to get a better price.
