That's why "workshop" instead of classes or tournament.  All you have to do
is set up space and let them go in their own time.  Often, what can happen
is asking partners of teachers already coming for the TUTR, to also come and
participate in the workshop.  After that, things tend to just happen on
their own.  No spectators required and very little prep-work on the
event-steward's part.

I'll get off the soap-box now...

And Halima, you're absolutely right.  James did have something Welsh-y
planned.  Being the good Norman-English Lady that I am, I tend to block out
all things from across -that- border :P
