[Hartwood] Agenda item?

Do we have a "discussion on event dates" on the agenda? The sooner we  
can reserve dates (and send in the DRFs and EIFs), the better.

Someone needs to bring a calendar with Principality and Kingdom dates,  
and currently set event dates of those in our conflict zone.  
(Currently set events in all our regions would be bonus, because we  
might be able to tie into community events.)
