[Hartwood] August Investiture

Wow, August Investiture has no site, and no bids. Is there even the remotest possibility we can help out with this? This late, I can't imagine -anyone- will be able to rent a site easily, but it probably behooves us to at least call our possibilities and find out. Unfortunately, I don't actually know what an event like that requires, nor am I familiar with suitable sites. Can we brainstorm sites within our area? (has this already been done and I'm just slow?) There was Mountainaire Campground that hosted the Tourney last year. Would the Boyscout camp be even remotely suitable?
