Okay, so it's a Tourney. It's in November, which will mean no camping. So... we need large, indoor, gymnasium type of spaces, we need to ensure we can heat it, and we need to talk to hotels in the area and try to get group discounts.

With or without feast?

Does -anyone- have historical numbers on this event? (I know I keep asking for it. Even if someone wanted to send me a box of paperwork, I would be willing to put the data up somewhere -- it's important!)
