Greetings! Presented here is the proposed schedule for the upcoming
Tir Righ Coronet Tournament. Included is information on some of the
exciting TUTR classes to be held. For the Court Processional
their Highnesses request to have both the competitors with their
inspirations and the Branches process with as much pomp and pageantry
as possible so please bring your banners! Also, as part of the
Eric Party on Saturday night Her Highness would LOVE to see
Belly-Dancing take place so Dancers and Drummers please come prepared
and take part in the celebration! It would be most appreciated.

Introduction to the "Llibre de Sent Sovi". The medieval Catalan
cuisine is largely unknown, and yet was very influential on medieval
Western European cuisines. This is an introduction to the Llibre de
Sent Sovi, a Catalan cookery manuscript of the 14th century, and one
of the earliest documented cookery manuscripts in Spain, and indeed,
in all of medieval Western Europe. Supplemental materials will be
circulated and PDF forms will be available electronically. 2 hrs.

Introduction to Wet Felting. Students should bring an Apron and be
prepared to get a little Damp. Class cost $2.00 Class size: 1-8
