Tir Righ University instructors need to plan their class supplies  
(handouts, equipment, etc) based upon the number of registered  
students they have in their classes. To that end the registration for  
the Nordic Winds TUTR classes will end Thursday at 17:00  (5 pm). On  
site registration for classes will be available on a case by case  
basis only under the following conditions: 1) The instructor is  
willing to add an extra student or 2) a pre-registered student, who  
has not yet paid their registration fee, fails to show up at class  
start time thereby leaving an opening that had been planned for.
