[Hartwood] Last minute reminders - Hartwood Yule and Bardic Championship

Greetings!

As many of us are preparing to head to Hartwood for Yule on Saturday, I 
would like to remind you to please travel safe.  Also, please bring 
containers or baggies with you, in case your potluck contribution has 
leftovers, and bring index cards or paper listing the ingredients of your 
dish.  Don't forget to label your serving ware, as well.  And again, *most* 
importantly, travel safe.

2001 Black Creek Road, Black Creek, BC
Site Fee $10. NMS of $5 applies.
Children and youth are free
Doors open at 4:30, Setup begins at 4:00pm.


DIRECTIONS:
>From Courtenay:
- Make your way to Highway 19A (Old Island Highway), heading north towards
Campbell River.
- Drive approximately 15km.
- Turn right onto Black Creek Road.
- The Community Center will be on your right, about 230m down the road.

>From down-Island:
- Make your way up-Island on Highway 19 (Inland Island Highway), past
Courtenay
- Take Exit 144, Hamm Road, to your right. Drive to the end of Hamm Road.
- Turn right onto Highway 19A, and drive for about 4.2km
- Turn left onto Black Creek Road.
- The Community Center will be on your right, about 230m down the road.
