[Hartwood] Finally all the information for College of War

I'm looking at possibly doing day food on Saturday...
individual (okay for lacto-ovo vegetarian) yogurts;
homemade whole-grain-and-fruit (okay for lacto-ovo vegetarian) muffins;
3 hearty soups (beef-veg-barley; chicken-veg-noodle; and (vegetarian/vegan/msg-and-gluten-free) middle-eastern lentil-coconut soup);
plus put-together-yourself bun-wiches (I will pre-portion sliced ham, sliced real cheese, and sliced veg: lettuce, tomato, cuke... 3 pkgs <one of each?> per bunwich);
plus fresh veg: carrots and celery-and-dip;
and fresh fruit (easy-to-eat, like apples, grapes, etc.);
probably some pickles, too (I'll donate the dill pickle juice to the fighters ;-) );
and some drink-n-boxes of real fruit-and-vegetable juices.
I haven't set prices yet, until I can check costs, etc., but prices will be very reasonable; and I may offer a 'meal' at a package discount (cup of soup plus bunwich for one price).
Would people be interested?

Thank you to everyone that checked the Camp Caillet Site, and let me
know the dates were wrong.  They have been corrected.

Come one! Come all to the newest event to Hartwood! Hartwood's College
of War! June 24th to the 26th of 2016

Camp Caillet is our site for the Event! It is a great site, with camping
under the trees, two fields so we have a site for Archery. A covered
picnic area for classes, and an actual classroom in a separate building,
two small cabins with bunks in them for the kids, a central Campfire
site, 4 portapotties, and tons of room!

There is also a multi roomed long house with adult sized bunks that can
be rented for $35 a night.

If there is someone interested in doing a food service the Kitchen is
fully equipped and only $35 a day.

This event is all about the Art of Combat and Classes abound!! There
will be non-combat classes for those that accompany the Warriors, and
gathering circles to ask questions of those more knowledgeable then
ourselves.

There will be a Torch Light Tournies for Heavy Fighting, Rapier Archery
and Thrown Weapons!!!! on Saturday night (and impromptu Bardic if required).
A prize for each event is being supplied by our own Rick Dwyer The Jarl
of the House Sigis (who is sworn to secrecy) and pictures of the items
will be provided as they are completed.

As well, there is a plan for a "WAR!!!" on Sunday starting at 10 am in
the morning and continuing until 1 pm. Site Closure is 4 pm.

AND for those that are feeling the pain of training, there will be a
Fighters Spa run by our own Lady Aniko Melles (Leslie Eaton), charged by
donation!
