[Hartwood] MOTTO VOTE

I can't vote but I tend to agree with Doireann. I also like the play on
words re. "hartbeat" since the shire emblem is a hart and the name is
Hartwood.
It is amazingly appropriate and further celebrates the joining of three into
one.
Just sayin'
