[Hartwood] Sept Council

September Council is happening at our event in two weeks! If you can't make the event itself (Saaaaaad) you will NOT be charged to attend council. Everyone is welcome!

Some very important topics:
- Spring TUTR Bid and Budget. We need one, so we can start getting instructors to book time off.
- Officer Positions are coming available. Seneschal, Minister of Arts and Sciences, and Master of Stables are all looking for applications.

As Seneschal, I am hoping to convince Council to approve some Seneschal & Exchequer training in November. (No promises -- Council must agree!) But if accepted, that would involve a trip to Oregon for top-level instruction - on offer are leadership skills, confusing policies made clear and simple, and terrific comradarie -- it makes such a difference when you meet the boss face to face and have a good laugh. If you are interested in the position, then don't hesitate! Come on board now.
