If those two aren't reporting, we're in serious trouble.<BR><BR>All Shires and Cantons are further required to have one of either Marshal, Herald or A&S Minister. The branch has to have AT LEAST one of those. If you have any type of marshal activity, you have to have a Marshal.<BR><BR>Baronies are required to have all Greater Officer positions.
