<DIV class=y_msg_container><BR>A reminder to all, that WinterFeast in False Isle is but two (2) weeks <BR>away! We are hoping that many of you will be able to join us!<BR><BR><BR> Date: November 23, 2013<BR><BR><BR> Time: 5:00 PM - 11 PM<BR><BR><BR> Location: Cranberry Community Hall - 6828 Cranberry Street, Powell<BR> River, BC<BR><BR>Cost: Adults $10 or $5 with a foodbank donation<BR>Youth under 16 free<BR><BR><BR> Event Steward: Mistress Alicia le Wilfulle<BR><BR>'Tis the time of year when the winter winds howl and the days draw <BR>short; so come spend an evening with the Shire of False Isle and enjoy <BR>our warmth and friendship.<BR><BR>Doors open at 5:00 pm. with a potluck dinner at 6:00 pm. The Shire will <BR>be providing a meat dish.<BR><BR>We are planning to have the feast in two removes (courses), the main <BR>dishes and dessert,
both of which will be buffets.Please bring your <BR>feast gear.<BR><BR>Between removes there will be a competition for the best filk to a <BR>Christmas tune. Please bring extra copies of your filk so all can join <BR>in on the singing.<BR>Everyone is encouraged to join in to provide other entertainment (songs, <BR>stories, skits, riddles, etc.) both between removes and during the dessert.<BR>Prizes will be given for the best filk as well as for the best overall <BR>entertainer.<BR>After the feast there will be games, music and maybe even dance.<BR><BR>Attendees must make an attempt at medieval style clothing.
