Heraldry! We would like to move forward with a badge and would like to
solicit the participation of the Tir Righ College of Heralds.

and hold a populace vote at September Coronet. At this moment we are open
to all possibilities but we want the badge to reflect knowlege, education - that
kind of thing. We will also be posting a request on the Northern
List.</FONT></DIV>

participation. Mistress Alicia is the Dean coordinating this effort on
behalf of the University and in fact has come up with excellent ideas
