The Danescombe Academy

Friday, August 15th to Sunday August 17th, 2014

Danescombe is pleased to announce the return of our Summer Academy and Family Camping Event. Once again we have been very fortunate to secure the Rock Creek Rodeo Fair Grounds for this weekend. This site lends itself extremely well to our various activities and provides a private camping facility for our use. The site is beautifully located along side a river. The site offers potable water, wash rooms and showers ($1 for 10 mins) ... rather civilized don't you think.

Site Opens

4PM Friday, August 15th, 2014 for setup.

We invite any and all to attend and participate in an atmosphere of sharing and learning. We are anticipating offering a full spectrum of classes in Armored (Heavy), Rapier, Archery and the Arts & Sciences. Once again we expect to offer a youth program of activities for those participants between 8 and 17 which will be provided free of charge.
