[Hartwood] Still looking for a hall for White Court...

I understand the need to book soon so I am ok with booking Grantham on that score but I do need to know what the costs are.  Remember not all of us are in the area and do not know the hall well.  

What exactly are the kitchen amenities?  One or more stoves and what kind?  Is there a microwave and will there be fridge room?  Some halls use their fridges and leave very little room for rental users.  The location is somewhere between Campbell River and Courtenay?  The majority of cooks are in my area and need this information.  I am looking at a food budget of $350.

I do have concerns over the weather; lately the weather patterns are becoming more extreme.  Of all the events we do, White Court is the one that should be in a central location to minimize winter travel for all.  Next year we can book somewhere that works better for that.  

Thanks to Julie for discovering an impressive number of halls which will make booking our future events much easier.

People *like* Grantham, and are comfortable there.  I know people felt it would be a problem if we get bad weather, but anywhere we book will be a problem in bad weather.  I think you made a great call, and I'm happy with it!
