[Utr] Sunshades

Apparently bribes of chocolate work well. Although bribing myself was
interesting. But tasty.

We also should have the approval of the rest of the financial
committee (Their Highnesses and our Principality Exchequer).

If that is forthcoming, and everyone wants one or more of these
purchased, I can do that. I have a credit card and I know how to use it.

However, things to consider before anything is purchased:

Who is going to store it/them?

Who is going to transport it/them?

I can buy it and bring it to Investiture, but could anyone bring it
home? I could bring it back to the mainland, but where will it go?

Do we buy more than one and have one in the interior, one in the
lower mainland, and one on the Island?
(Which returns us to...who is going to store them and transport them?)

Discuss. :-)
