Hi Everyone,

I have a lot of emails to catch up up.  Seems we are discussing everything under the sun. Lots of good ideas.

 Their Highness's support the use of the Project Plan and I would like to everyone to take a look at provide details on the following,

What are we missing - obviously Sun Shades - I know that THUA own at least 3. So I think it is  a great idea for us to look into. This is the time of year that these kind of things go on Sale.

What else - for Heraldry - UTR Badge - as Alicia mentioned.

We need each of us to take ownership of a piece of the project. I had put names beside the identified projects - can each of you decide if that works, or would you like to do in partnership with another Dean or if you want to do something entirely different?

Once we sort out responsibilities, then we need to come up with a budget for each section.  I would like us to have a combined detailed budget including wish list if necessary  for September Coronet's financial meeting.

We need each of us to report on our progress for our mini projects on a weekly basis. There is an enormous amount of talent to access in this group so we need to draw on each other.  

So to start this discussion - what else do I need to add to the project plan - and who want to take ownership of what part.  If everyone can think and come back to me by Tuesday I will have an updated Project Plan for Thursday
