[Utr] Game Plan

I don't think Magdelena HAS the current project plan right now.
 
For example, I indicated in the emails that I was adding pieces, and I added
them to MY copy, but I certainly haven't updated other people's sections in
MY copy.
 
So... how about we all send to Magdelena sections/items we've "taken" or
added to, or revised, or added notes - and then she can compile the updated
information (which will be much easier at that point) and thus better
facilitate sending out a revised Project Plan Tuesday as indicated.

Please note I've removed all the extra cc's, and am just sending to the UTR
