[Utr] Receiving Two Copies of Everything...

The default for the list seems to be to reply to the sender, not to the list, so
I hit 'reply all' when I sent my response to the UTR test message.  That
resulted in it being address 'To' you, Elena, and 'CC' to the list.  It looks
like that meant you got two copies.

At least I suspect that's what happened.
