[Utr] Deans Binders - Expense Approval by Financial Committee

Greetings, everyone
 
We have approval from the Tir Righ Financial Committee (BTW, did you know
it's technically called the Council of the Exchequer? It is. Now you know,
just in case it's ever a trivia question somewhere.)
 
Ysabelle's binder was mailed this weekend.
Aine's will be handed to her Tuesday
Yrsa's binder is ready to go, and I should have it mailed Monday or Tuesday.
 
Re binders for Halima and Alicia - I have sufficient supplies for one more
binder, but need to pickup another receipt book in order to complete both.
 
If the two binders are not done and mailed before Friday then it likely
won't be til next week as I'm out of town this coming weekend.
