[Utr] UTR at Coronet events

I think it would be nice to be able to hold a small number of classes (2, 3?) at the big four for a few reasons;

1) It visibly raises the profile of the UTR

2) UTR is about serving Tir Righ and the big four are obviously the biggest Tir Righ-focused events of the year

3) It could potentially help spread UTR presence into new areas. Ie- Tir Bannog hosts Investiture then Tir Bannog could hold its first UTR session, etc.

I do understand that these events are very busy and crammed full of activities and meetings (I mean really I do) so even if doing classes is ruled out I think we may want a UTR info booth (in merchanting area?) for part of the day on Saturday to boost enthusiam and answer questions.

-Caoimhe (who is loving getting to weigh in but with no assigned tasks mha ha ha ha)
