Greetings unto the Tir Righ College of Heralds!

The functional coding of the Client Tracking System(CTS) is done. Finito.
Complete! We have a working system in place that will track every submission
in the Principality. We have need of people to really hit the system now and
report any bugs you find in the system. We've found and fixed a bunch of
them, but the faster we find them, the faster they get fixed and the better
system we will have! Please contact me if you would like to help in this
capacity.

I've talked to Theocharista Red Flame about the administration of this
system. There will be three levels of people using the system:

Clients - People who can see the information in the reports section. They
can only read what we have in the system

Heralds - People with complete access to the system. They can add, edit, and
delete the information and are encouraged to do so.

The Red Flame team - These people will have complete access to the system.
They are responsible for seeing to it that the system contains all of the
heraldic submissions in the Principality.

Theocharista Red Flame is looking for people for her team. If you are
interested in this, please contact her.

The idea is that all consulting heralds will be encouraged to update the
information about his or her clients in the system. The entire reason for
putting this system on line like we have is to give all of us the ability to
update it and make light work by our many hands. But Red Flame's team has
the responsibility to make sure this task is done.

In the next week, we will be opening the CTS to the Principality at large
and announcing it on the Northern Road. Yay!

Subject: [tirrigh-heralds] Client tracking database update

The bottom line is that we have a working system for adding and editing the
heralds and clients in the system and creating submissions and editing them
right now. We're probably about a week from a fully working system.

Once we have that, we're going to be using this system to distribute the
load of clients among the various heralds of Tir Righ, seeing to it that we
proactively are contacting our clients, and cross referencing their
submissions with the Kingdom and Society returns. The goal is to make Tir
Righ a shining example of what a College of Heralds should provide for our
clients - meaningful and consistent communication about the registration
process.

I'm excited!
