  Unto the Tir Righ College, greetings from Anthony Black Lion Principal 
Herald of An Tir.

My Lords and Ladies, fellow Heralds, heralds and Pursuivants;

The An Tir College is standing by, ready to give any and all assistance 
to Tir Righ in this endeavour.  I encourage all of you to begin 
commenting on your Principality's submissions -- the success of your 
College's Internal Letter will rest upon your efforts.  Caitrina Silver 
Yale has put a great amount of work into this, and deserves all of our 
thanks.

Let's make Tir Righ a shining example to the other Principality Colleges 
within An Tir, and give me a fantastic College to return to when my 
tenure as Black Lion is up.
