[tirrigh-heralds] blazon question

Ok so it's

*Argent, a chevron nebuly azure between two popinjays respectant and an oak
tree eradicated and fructed proper.*

Thanks for the input.  Sorry, I didn't realise the file was so big.  I'll
shrink them in future!  Artwork was the client's which I forwarded; it looks
kind of turquoisey to me too.  When I draw it for submission I'll be using
the approved palette and so should avoid such uncertainties.  I have this
week off so will re-check tomorrow.  I seem to have missed a few things;
probably I wasn't using enough of the indices.
