[tirrigh-heralds] Repost - Hafoc Herald position open

The office of Hafoc Herald is coming open in the very near future, and we
are taking applications for this office immediately.  Hafoc Herald is the
Contingency Deputy to Silver Yale Herald.  The necessary skills are a
working knowledge of heraldry, good communication skills, and the desire to
see the Tir Righ College of Heralds grow.
