Greetings, all!

With the blessing of our seneschal, I inquired of Camp Gilwell (Scouts  
Canada) whether one of the hot August weekends might be available for  
us to rent. If so, we would be interested in their updated pricing.  
The response is below, with enough information that an event steward  
could work up a proposal quickly.

DAILY CAMP FEES: (ALL OTHER ORGANIZATIONS)
Tenting;$   3.50 per person per night
Cabins:$   7.00 per person per night
A Frame/Kitchen$   60.00 per day
Canoe Rental $   120.00 includes life jackets, safety equipment and up  
to 6 canoes  $    15.00 each additional canoe

EXTRA FEES ***A Garbage Fee applies to all Campers:
Tenting $5.00 and $10.00 for Cabins/A Frame

If the camp requires cleaning after your group leaves a $25.00 per  
hour fee will be charged.

There are plans on getting the water to campsites, but I don't think  
it will happen this year as we have a huge to do list and water is  
near the bottom.
