Try waxing your thread; it'll tangle less (never) and slide through  
the holes nicely as if wa... uh...

5 books? Cool. I've done 1. And I have -lots- of boards cut for those  
who need them. And I'm going to try sweet-talking one of the lumber  
stores into cutting the heavy binder board for me... or maybe bribe. I  
wonder what it would take...?
