[Hartwood] Book count: numbers!

I'm about to try a different style of oriental (than the stab-bound  
two I have ready to go), but I'm guessing about how the covers should  
be done because this uses quires (like the Coptic) but the cover  
should be soft(er). My online museum searches have been fruitless, so  
I'm going to punt...
