I'm all for "bid early, bid often."

1) We'll stay up to date with available venues and their costs and issues.
2) We'll maintain the mind-set of feeling capable of hosting a large event.
3) Principality and Kingdom will see that we are eager to participate
with other branches.
4) Principality and Kingdom will always have a choice (us) when all
the bids are in.
5) We might encourage other branches to bid by the fact of our eagerness.
6) It would put a "cool" feather in our cap to be able to host these
larger events; how many feathers do -you- want?

Oh, it would be fun! Maybe... Maybe we could try for a big event
-every- year! That'd be outstanding! Wouldn't it be cool to host a
Principality -and- a Kingdom event in one year?!?
