[Hartwood] Tir Righ August Investiture

It is certainly worth talking about.  With this last Coronet having been 
held on the island, I wonder if we would actually get a shot at it.  Or is 
this one far enough in the future that the court would be willing to have 
another event a ferry ride away.

Tir Righ August Investiture hasn't been awarded yet.  I'm not sure how to
find out if they have bids, but I would like to open up the possibility of
