[Hartwood] Hartwood Champions? Seneshcal would like to open debate

Good afternoon folks, 
 
Second on my list (after a good newsletter - Thanks Liz for that last one. It was great.) is to open a discussion on Hartwood Champions. Having worn the Champions belt for many different locations I can tell you it is done with great pride and with a sense of being part of that group's history. 
 
I believe Hartwood establishing Champions (I'm thinking Heavy, Fencers, Archery, Arts/Sciences, and Bardic but others can be reviewed) will go a long way in establishing a sense of pride in ourselves. 
 
I would like to hear from both sides of the coin and I expect we will talk about this for quite awhile before it is brought to council for final ratification. 
 
So, your thought?
