Greetings Hartwood

Your seneschal has been bad, not sleeping much and not checking emails but I finally went thru the backlog.  

We have our delayed Dec meeting in Errington at the usual place, 11 to 2pm.

I would like to see the Quarterly and Doomsday Reports from the Officers.  Please email them ahead of time if you are not coming or send them by a deputy to be read.  Last quarter we had a couple of problems so if I may suggest that when you send them up the line you ask for confirmation.  I know Halima can do that and she can share this arcane knowledge with those of us who are still amazed at how the little words travel thru the ether.

This meeting we want to have event proposals for the current year available for discussion.  I know the finance committee needs to view them as well but just having dates approved would be good.

Our Lady Exchequer will be wanting budgets from Officers at this time.  Imagine all the things your office will be called upon to do this year and consider what sorts of items you could possibly ask the shire to pay for.  Again, the financial committee will pass it`s beady eyes over these requests.
