Breaking News for Kingdom A&S! (from the steps)

At Kingdom Arts and Sciences/Bardic, a decree came from Their Majesties:

Starting this year, in order to compete for either championship, you must
enter 3 pieces.

In Arts and Sciences it can be a combination of objects and papers. In
Bardic it can be a combination of performances and compositions.

The maximum number of entries per person, is now 4.

Bardic Populace presentation will still be only a single performance per
championship candidate.

The 2 competitors in each championship category who progress to the second
day will still present only one piece.

Populace with single entries and double entries are welcome to present
their work, but to become a Champion requires 3 entries.
