[Hartwood] Council Meeting?

I looked through last year's calendar and it looked like we had a meeting/Skype meeting on the last Sunday of each month ( with a couple of exceptions, like no meeting in Dec 2011). I seem to remember we set up the meetings last January for the year, so I would suggest that if we do have a general meeting as well as the 'special' meeting next Sunday, we try to set up a similar schedule for this year.
