[Hartwood] Membership discussion

Good afternoon everyone, 
 
There is an interesting discussion going on (on facebook) regarding memberships and the drive for Tir Righ to become a Kingdom. 
 
One of the points of discussion right now is:
 
- what would it take to get regular participants, who are not current members, to become members and 
- what would it take to get new participants of which some might become members. 
 
Please put forward any thoughts on this.
