Greetings Warriors of An Tir,

At May Crown, their Royal Majesties, King Eirik and Queen Drifinna
appointed myself, Sir Duncan MacKinnon as the new Kingdom Warlord.  I have
been fighting war with Clan Carn for 14 years  and I look forward to the
continual development of the war arts in An Tir.

To help me with this job I have created a deputy position of War Secretary
to assist with promotion, coordination, and correspondence as it relates to
this office.  Lady Alianora Greymoor  will be filling this role.  She is an
awesome lady with a wealth of experience in behind the scenes service,  and
I am very excited to be working with her.

An Tir / West War is here once again.  If you are a commander of a war
band, please contact me with the name of the war band and the number of
expected combatants that will be joining the An Tir army this year.  I may
