[Hartwood] Hartwood TUTR Registration Open

Crap. I know what that is. It means I have an older version of the code, because thats a problem we'd /fixed/.

It's an IE thing. *sighs* That explains my general display problems on the PC, too. Well, registration will remain open, but I'll be up late tweaking it.
