[Hartwood] Events Policies *IMPORTANT*

Hello Hartwood!

Tir Righ Royals are trying to streamline how we run our events and help each Barony and Shire have one event per year that no other large scale events can conflict with.

On November 19th we will be meeting again about this at Baroness' Inspiration Tourney and their Highnesses would like to know which event we think of as Hartwood's Premier Event. Our Premier event will be the event we all want royalty to attend.

Yule has traditionally been when we hope to see royal presence, but  we aren't tied to that. We could try to make Champions, or CoW, or...?

What we would like is for everyone in the populace to tell us what event they feel is our main event. We need to have this answer ready to go by Baroness' Inspiration on November 19th 2016. Please feel free to email or post on Facebook your opinions.

Cunegonda, who did not at all steal the bulk of this post from the Baron and Baroness of Uber South Hartwood because she was too lazy to write it herself and they did a good enough job so why re-invent the wheel, and why not leave in the royal 'we' while we're at it?
