[Hartwood] New Office Position Open

Hi guys! It's been suggested that we should have an officer for Thrown Weapons. Chief Thrower? Chief Chucker? ... We'll figure it out.

So this is the obligatory post advertising the office vacancy. We'd like to fill it at October council! Applicants should be a TW Marshal and a paid member, able to actively promote the sport in our shire.
